Strawberry Rum

Strawberry Rum Shrub Mojito

• 2 shots of Windsor’s Strawberry Rum Shrub
• Soda water
• Half a lime
• 1 fresh Strawberry
• 1 sprig of mint

Take a tall glass and add some ice, then muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass with the juice of half a lime.

Then add in 2 shots of Windsor’s Strawberry Rum Shrub and stir well. Then top up the glass with ice and soda. Garnish with strawberry slices and sprig of mint and serve.

Strawberry Run Shrub Daiquiri

• 3 shots Windsor’s Strawberry Rum Shrub
• 3 strawberries (plus half a strawberry to garnish)
• 2 tsp white sugar
• 1 Lime

Take the three strawberries the sugar the juice of half a lime and 3 shots of Windsor’s Strawberry Rum Shrub and add them to a cocktail shaker. Then muddle them together add ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, add half a strawberry to garnish and serve.

Strawberry Rum Shrub Spritz.

• Prossecco

Take a champagne glass and add some ice and half a slice of lemon. Fill 1/3 of the glass with Windsor’s Strawberry Rum Shrub and top up with Prossecco and serve.
