Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail.
- 2 shots Windsor’s of Rhubarb Vodka
- 1 shot of Advocaat
- 3 shots of Lemonade
Pour the measures of Windsor’s Rhubarb Vodka into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake. In a separate jug mix the Advocaat and lemonade with a few ice cubes and whisk. Strain the Vodka into a cocktail Glass and carefully pour the Advocaat mix over a spoon (it should float on the vodka) and serve.
Rhubarb Vodka Martini or ‘Rhubatini’
- 2 shots of Windsor’s Rhubarb Vodka
- 1 shot of Dry Vermouth
- 1 Lime.
Pour the measures Windsor’s Rhubarb Vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add the dry vermouth, then add the juice of ½ the lime. Stir well for a minute and pour into a cocktail glass through a strainer. Add a twist of lime peel and serve.
Rhubarb Vodka Spritz
- Windsor’s Rhubarb Vodka
- Prossecco
Take champagne glass and add some ice and half a slice of lemon. Fill 1/3 of the glass with Windsor’s Rhubarb Vodka and top up with Prossecco and serve.
