Gooseberry & Elderflower Fizz
Take a wine goblet then add a handful of ice cubes. Fill a quarter of the glass with Windsor’s Gooseberry Gin, add a good splash of elderflower cordial, top up glass with Prossecco add the lemon wedge then serve.
Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add the Gooseberry Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup then shake the contents until frosted. Pour the mix through a strainer into a tumbler with some ice cubes, top up with soda add the lemon wheel and then serve.
Gooseberry Classic G-G&T
Take a tumbler, add ice and the lemon slice. Pour in the measure of Windsor’s Gooseberry Gin and top off with tonic water to taste.
